Allstar Carpet Cleaning & Re

I contacted Allstar Carpet Cleaning and left a message and phone number as directed by their voicemail. That was a few weeks ago I have yet to get a call back, I contacted another company who quickly responded and took care of my cleaning needs.

This was the best service I have ever received when it comes to home repair. Chris was very professional and extremely friendly. He did a fantastic job repairing my carpet and did it in a very timely manner. He was a few minutes late to my scheduled time but he called 10 minutes before hand to tell me he was running late. There wasn't a 3 hour window to wait. He came when he said he'd be there!! Fantastic job!!

I called Allstar Carpet Cleaning to rent a small steam cleaner so that i can clean my own dorm room carpet. The man was very helpful and explained to me that what he had to offer wasn't economical for me. He advised me to go to Lowes or Kroger to rent the equipment. He also advised me not to waste money on the soap because those steamers don't really get the soap out.. I was very happy with his selfless service to me.

I read this review and saw that the owner guaranteed his work. His work was less than satisfactory and he was unable to remove most of the stains on my carpet as well as complete some repairs. I ended up contacting another company by the name of Aroma Carpet Cleaning. I was very happy with their work and their technician. They were able to complete the repairs and remove all stains.
