Ironwood Apartments

Shelly is the absolute best manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was so helpful in assisting in my move from CA to ID. I absolutely LOVE how prompt they are with any repairs, questions, and how cleanly the complex is. If I could rate this 100, I would. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

When I moved to Idaho, I was first living in a motel. I found Ironwood Apartments, and I must say I was amazed at how quick, and understanding the landlord was. She kept in touch for nearly 2 weeks on the status of our application, and future apartments. We love living here. The management connects with your on a friend level, less of a business level. I Love it. Any problems you might be having in your life, you can simply talk to her and work something out. She's amazing. If your honest with her, she will help you. For first time renters, this is amazing management that has made our first apartment astounding. If your planning on moving to CDA, I highly recommend these apartments. The reviews show this apartments reputation. All positive reviews and one negative review. I must say, they must have really treated the manager bad, because she has always treated my girlfriend, and myself with firm respect. Excellent place, quiet, membership to gym, and amazing management. 5 stars from us.

This is a great place to live! Its central to everything you need for living and close to downtown summer fun. The property is maintained decently and the units come with washers and dryers. The bonus is a free membership to peak within walking distance for those who like to stay fit.

The manager is down to earth and up to date on all the housing laws. She often goes out of her way to assist the people here when she can. She has done an amazing job of CLEANING HOUSE since taking over the position of landlord and the only people who have a complaint about her are those that have been asked to leave based on their poor lifestyle habits or choices. It was a great place to begin with and is continuing to improve under her management daily.

If your looking for a nice, quality and quiet environment with friendly, caring staff then Ironwood is the place to live!

The Apartment Manager is rude!!! She talks about tenants and makes false judgements about people who visit people who live there. The place isn't a bad place to live but management needs to be changed!!!

The new manager is friendly and the maintenance is fast. This is a quiet place to live. They provide washer/dryers and air conditioning. Iron Wood Apts also gives you a membership to Peak Athletic Club. This place is close to everything. Grocery, hospital/medical district, shopping and Centennial Trail. A few more dollars than the neighboring apartments but so worth it!
