Gerber Collision & Glass

Took my car in with severe damage. to stay on the honest side my car looks great. However I was told it would take a week to get the parts in then another week to fix it and was understanding but not happy, after those weeks I was told it would be another week. After that third week went by, I went to pick up my vehicle and I was excited. it looked nice but then i got in and my alarm that started going off after the crash still kept going off every time I opened my door. This was a problem they were suppose to fix. As I was not happy with them I decided to just spend even more money to get it fixed some where else and was going to except my vehicle from them anyways. so I get in to turn my car on which typically also shuts the alarm off, when I realize my car doesn't start now l, they tried jumping it but battery was fully charged. I drove my car to Gerber in working condition but did not receive it in working condition. While my car looks great it wasn't fixed nor doese it start.
