Dollar Tree

Suzy Lexa is an amazing cashier! She’s very efficient and quick. I was in a line of 8 people and she checked everyone out in the blink of an eye. She’s very personable and kind to all of the customers. She has a big smile on her face and makes it a joy shopping at the Cda Dollar Tree.

My mom, sisters and I went into this store yesterday to get bridal shower decorations. We got in line to pay along with about 5 other customers. The whole time we are waiting our turn the cashier CONNIE was complaining out loud to her costumers that everyone just had to go shopping that day, and pay at the same time. The whole time she's rolling her eyes and her head like we are all an inconvenience to her at a place she's getting paid to work at. We get to our turn and my mom mentions she wants to get a helium Balloon. She then throws her hands up and says "well you just picked a terrible time to ask for a balloon! Can't you find one already blown up!?" She then stomps off to get us a balloon. Terrible costumer service. If you can't handle a 5 person line then don't work there.

Printed then filled out, walked a job app into this Neider store and really was disappointed. ELAINE. Store manager or asst mgr. Sept 2013 was unfriendly, no Thank You for stopping in and thank goodness I never got a return call as I was not wanted here, from the get go. I've shopped here since, seen this brunette 40s-50s lady a few months ago recently but towards me as a customer was just as negative vibed and unsmiling. There's a Hiring sign in the window but I doubt I'd fit in here- disappointing but its a good thing I wasn't even interviewed I've been a DT shopper but this outlet is not in an upgraded area or positive location. I should've reported my experience at the time it happened. Why would I WANT to work there, the reception I naively expected was NOT what I got. I should've just stayed home...

Like all Dollar Trees, this is a wonderful store. It is larger than some of the ones in our area. And we go to it when we are in the area. Always able to find something new to buy.
