Very Unprofessional! Home unkept considering she cares for children. Took a week to make an appointment to meet and greet and she attempted to cancel last minute by calling the day before from a number we had not previously communicated on (so I didn't answer and she left no VM). Overall poor experience before i could consider leaving my child there.
