        Yes i'm a very disturbed custo...

        Yes i'm a very disturbed customer, I have shopped at your store from the 1st day of opening. However i purchased a game for my granddaughter in Nov. Leap Leapster2, for her Christmas, so i turned it on and the screen came on; and since this place is suppose to be a Kids store and stood behind there merchandise : I wrapped it up for Christmas. Well on Christmas when my grand-daughter opened it up and was so excited to start playing, She turned it on and the screen came on, and that was all; the stylus doesn't communicate with the screen.. So i called the store to explain and see if they would take it back, and stand behind there product: No they won't even give me a store credit, because the screen would light up when they purchased it from the consing er who they bought it from. I will never shop at this store again and will also post on Facebook, about this store not standing behind their merchandise. I understand the policy of the store and have the tag still on the product, however i even offer to get the credit card statement from when it was purchase, and the store said no, they acted like i broke the toy and now want my money back.. I even said i would take a store credit and they would get the money back.. They need to call the customer who they got it from. Im sorry i have to post a negative feedback, But the truth is important for others to know. this is from your Belair Md. location
