Pampered Home Cleaning

If you are interested in incomplete work, lots of complaints about how much work they have to do, frustrating customer service, and several cancelled appointments, then you'll love Pampered Home Cleaning! I hired Pampered Home Cleaning on to clean my newly purchased home, which was in very bad shape. When I told Mary Ellen how bad it was, she told me that it was not a problem and Pampered Home Cleaning would get it fixed up and beautiful by the time they were done. However, throughout the time Pampered Home Cleaning was here they explained to me several times why they couldn't get it all the way clean and even complained about how filthy the home was- which was not a surprise, since I had already told them what it was like. Pampered Home Cleaning also insisted that I pay cash and didn't offer change when I only had $20s, so I ended up overpaying them (feeling guilty because of all their complaints, I figured I owed it to them). As I moved into my home I came to find that they missed several spaces- the entire laundry room, many drawers and cupboards in the kitchens and bathrooms, the kitchen pantry, and there were cobwebs in almost every single room. I called to say I was not satisfied with the service Pampered Home Cleaning rendered (I had been promised a spotless, gleaming home!), and they kindly agreed to come back and fix the mistakes. But since then I've had Pampered Home Cleaning cancel on me twice. The second time they did not call to inform me of the cancellation and I didn't hear a word from them about why or what was going on until over three days later! When I offered Pampered Home Cleaning the chance to make it up to me, they discontinued communication. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. (Unless of course Pampered Home Cleaning wants to fix the situation- I will change this review if so.)
