A1 American Air Control

Horrible! This man,Joe,came by late on a Saturday. Our unit was freezing up. He said it needed to set for 45 minutes and he would be back then. Two hours later he finally shows up. Doesn't look inside the unit or check anything else. He just added some freon. He told me he put a pound and a half in but told the landlord it was a half pound. It froze back up less than two hours later. He was supposed to come back five days in a row and never showed up or called. He would not answer his phone. Finally got the landlord to send someone from a different company. The new guy checked everything. Inside the unit, airflow, fans. All he had to do was add a Pou d and a half of coolant and that fixed it. This Joe guy has no clue what he is doing and apparently could care less if some one is suffering during one the hottest weeks this year. Please Do Not give this man your business. His name is Joe Beckman.
