About my experience.Via my HOI, I filed a claim and was appointed with this company.When I followed up with the HOI for an update.I was informed the thermostat issue was not addressed in the Techs Report. I followed up with the Vendor and spoke to "Johny". Through out the entire conversation he was incredibly unprofessional and rude to me,literally talked over me when I attempted to explain the issues I was concerned about.I explained how I felt he was being unprofessional and rude to me and he proceeded to call me dishonest and unprofessional when I vocalized my experience with the thermostat in my home.I requested to speak to a supervisor or management and he refused to give me any information and eventually hung up on me.Apparently I am unprofessional for requesting they acknowledge my concerns regarding my thermostat and desiring for it to be replaced.My thermostat is very old (yellow box shaped thing)and refuses to turn on AT TIMES and 80% of the time the buttons don't work. He mentioned I was unprofessional for requiring him "to lie" to the HOI regarding my "faulty thermostat". I mentioned again that this was my experience and I would just like it resolved.
Absolute most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a Vendor.I work in Accounting/Accounts Payable as a profession and thus far have not been rude to anyone nor has anyone been rude to me.I strongly feel you should respect and be kind to anyone especially in the professional industry.
I voluntarily will not recommend nor contribute to their business.
