Clinton Dollar Store

The store is good for the community. It is a small business that has survived in an area where you have all types of individuals.

I love store, Mgr. is not rude, he is quiet/serious. I decorate for my Church/job, anything i ask 4 they try to provide even offering empty boxes for designs. Thanks

The black manager of this Dollar Store is highly rude by not disciplining the black boy (he is the only cashier most of the time). The boy cashier was rude and acted like a thug and impatient with especially females customers. When customers had alot of stuff on the counter to buy and when also when they were hurrying to get their correct money out to pay for the stuff. He had a frown on his face the whole time and he kept flirting with the white girl (I guess she was cashier temporary, on 11/21/12) mostly at the cash registers and not paying attention to customers,even the manager was flirting with the girl. I recommend spending money on stores with good customer service.

They always have a full inventory of just the stuff I need, and all most all items cost a dollar...a true dollar store The young employees are always helpful and responsive. The location is the best, as access to the other mall up the road that has a dollar store is tedious. I've never had a bad customer experience and will continue to purchase all of my school, holiday and party supplies here.

RUDE!!!!! I only gave them 1 star because there wasn’t an option for zero stars!! I just had the worse experience in customer service ever at the Clinton Dollar Store near the K-Mart and Toys R Us! While I was organizing aluminum pans I was going to purchase at an empty sales counter a sales boy (yes, I said boy, since he acted like a child) walked up and snatched the pans out of my hands. I said I’m going to get those I just needed to organize them, but I’m still shopping. He shoved them towards me and said “You can’t do that here.” Implying I can’t use the counter to situate items I intend to purchase. I said “seriously, that’s how you treat your customers.” He starts talking back at me and mumbling “whatever, whatever”. There was no reason I couldn’t use the counter other than he didn’t want me to. Another customer who witnessed it told the sales boy he needed a break. The worst part is the manager laughed it off and did nothing. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere!
