I purchased a Groupon for Zoom Whitening on February 20th, 2014. I called and scheduled the appointment on February 20th, 2014 and was given an appointment for today 3/13/2014 at 2:30. I was advised at the time that I needed to consult with my Dentist, have a cleaning and bring a copy of my x-rays in order for the whitening to be done. I did exactly as advised and had my dentist email the x-rays 2 days prior to my appointment. I received a confirmation call from a represented at Pollar on 3/12/2014 to verify that I would be making it to the appointment as scheduled. I advised that I would be there and advised my boss that I would need time off of work in order to make the appointment.



I received a call from an employee at Pollar dental Group 4 hours before my scheduled appointment to advise me that they do not have time for my appointment today. I asked for an explanation and was spoken to rudely and dismissed with the only the explanation being that I needed to rescheduled because I was only scheduled for a half hour but they need an hour for the whitening. I was told that my only option was to reschedule and the only appointment they had available was in 3 weeks on April 3rd, 2014. When tried to express my frustration with the situation I was told to basically request a refund if I am unhappy with the rescheduling. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised that I was indeed speaking with the supervisor. I am completely unhappy with the service from the staff at Pollar Dental Group and would like this issue remedied as soon as possible.
