        HORRIBLE customer service! Contacted them about replacing our water heater. Thought I'd call them because they moved into our neighborhood. Gave us a ridiculously high price (800.00 just for the water heater), and when we called back, they never returned our call. Thankfully there a several plumbers in our area. These guys are the pits!
