        Totally unresponsive to repairing downspout damage from snow plows!!! I’ve spoken with Mr. Gonzolo several times and am reassured each time that repairs will be made..... I’m still waiting - this is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I’ve been waiting since the last snowfall!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
