The Doc's In ERgentCare

We had to get an X-ray for a broken finger. Waited an hour and a half with my daughter crying. Told us they were in network providers to pay our copay and then was billed for the entire visit. Tried for over a month to get it resolved. The billing manager is terrible and no one has any record of calling anyone for my insurance information. I hate writing bad reviews but for the sake of much frustration, please seek an MD or the closest ER.

Their website says they are open till 6 pm on Saturday, and their door says that they are open till 9pm. However, I got to the office at 4:50 and they had already taken their last patient for the day. Not much in the way of service.

Went in here and waited to hours to get talked to for two minutes by a very rude doctor Matthew Taylor.. Didn't seem to concerned I have been sick for a week straight and told me he can't excuse two days ago and today because he doesn't know where I have been.. Though clearly you can tell I'm sick. Never will I go back

The doctor Eric Mason the p.a. we recently saw and the paramedic Steve we really liked. We went another time two years ago and saw doctor Decker and didn't have a good diagnosis or care from her. The waits can be very very long, as at all urgent cares. Some of the patients we waited with were outspokenly impatient (as some reviews here) and some there looking for a cure to a cold or stuff they should have just waited out or appointment to see their own doctor for. That is the worst part of the experience, IF the right doctor is working, and you aren't expecting urgent care to mean rapid care.

This place is a joke... My girlfriend and I went in to get her foot looked at after a freak accident. Her foot was swelled and she could barley put any pressure on it. They took an Xray and said that it was just a sprain and should be fine. They put a soft cast on it and sent us home. Four days later still in pain she decided to go see a specialist about it as well. The doctor looked at the Xrays taken at the "Doc's In" and clear as day she had 3 broken bones in her foot! I can't believe they cant even properly diagnose a broken foot...... I am a long time Clermont resident and it terrifies me that this can happen. Would not recommend... For me the Doc's Out...

These reviews aren't a joke, i've been sitting here on premises for an hour with a bad cut bleeding and they had no problem collecting my money and holding me here , this place is dead and no one has bothered to look at this cut. Worst place ever. Im here for stitches and i could had driven to a urgent care by now and been home.

This place is a joke. The doctor was an old mean scary woman, she was RUDE and didn't listen to a word I was saying. She actually shut the door on me mid-sentence. I should have known I'd be treated like crap when I saw their mission statement which is a passage from the bible. What a bunch of crap. They charged me $200 dollars, did NO tests on me, and told me absolutely NOTHING. They didn't help me in any way shape or form, but they managed to steal $200 dollars from me and be very rude and misleading in the process. Don't ever go here, for any reason. None of these people should have jobs. Hope this place gets SHUT DOWN.

Worst I have ever seen! Doctor prescribed skin cream for a bad tooth infection. Over 2 hour wait to be seen on a Friday afternoon with only 3 people in front of me. They dont prescribe pain meds. Rude and condescending female doctor. Arrogant, insulting. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We have been to the "Doc's In" twice... once for stitches at 8:30 pm on a Friday night (when your only option is the ER) and once at night for something that could have been serious. Both times, the service was very good. The reception staff (two different people each time) were kind and efficient. The doctors and nurses were friendly and professional. Also, you can hardly see where my husband's stitches were... they did a great job and we were in and out in no time. We highly recommend them.

We went and saw the lady owner doctor decker and found her diagnosis way off base and found out from a specialist she should have sent us to an ER. Later we find out she overcharged our insurance. When brought to their SHE was wrong on diagnosis, she offered to pray for us. Not a clue. I do not reccomend. To the reviewer who said they've been there so many times, either you work there or you need your own doctor instead of a walk in clinic to begin with and then you might not get sick so much! These urgent cares have a place, but they are not equiped like ER and shouldn't be your primary health care.

I have been to this facility several times, and am taking my son this morning. He thinks his foot may be broken. The physicians and staff here are SO nice, and in the eight times I've been I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. It sure beats going to the Emergency Room at South Lake Hospital where a visit usually requires 3 hours!
