I hired this lawyer over a year ago for a change of Domicile. I gathered the required paperwork and tried to bring it to his office in Maitland, HE wasn't there. After calling and going to the maitland office for 2 weeks with no response I called the clermont office; I learned he had moved and didn't even let his clients know. This was annoying, his closest office went from 2 miles away to 50. To make matters worse this happened AGAIN I drove all the way to clermont to drop off some paper work to find out he had moved to Tavares. To make matters EVEN worse there was no progress on my case, 8 months later the courts in MI reopened my case in since I had failed to open my case in FL. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, he blamed his previous paralegal. Nevermind I had been calling for months after she left. When I tried to object to having my case reopened in MI they charged me for the work they had to do. Mind you, they were only reopening my case in MI because after 8 months this lawyers office had failed to open my case in FL. I also payed them a 2600 dollar retainer that they still hit every month. Last time I asked to see the document they charged me for supposedly working on, it didn't even exist. Now whenever I call they are always busy and they never return my phone calls, I am beyond frustrated. I hired a lawyer to make this process easier for myself. Working with this lawyer has been a nightmare.
