Let me start by saying I worked here for almost 2 years. I saw the daily operations/lies that this business ensues on a day-to-day basis. Michael(the owner) has absolutely no ethical, nor moral code. He will tell you that your products will arrive within 5-10 business days, get your money, then use it on either new products, or someone else's products that haven't been ordered and he's been lying to for weeks. Once he's done that and you begin calling wondering where your products are; he'll tell you one of several lies, if not all of them:1. He can't get in touch with his sales rep. (You can always get someone on the phone.)2. Your product came in damaged/wrong item. (I might have seen 3 beds come in incorrectly, and maybe one actually damaged.)3. The manufacturing plant has fallen behind due to various reasons, and now the lead time is longer than expected. (We're talking multi-billion dollar companies here; they don't fall behind. He just hasn't put in your order yet.)These are just a few things that I had to deal with through working for this company. Michael is also very good at ignoring/ never returning your calls. Get used to it, because that will never change unfortunately. Instead of just being honest with you he will undoubtably feed you lie after lie just to get you off his case for a few days just to lie to you once again. I will say that I am honestly extremely dissatisfied with myself for having to say that I was ever a part of this extremely dishonest and unethical business. If you have any way of not dealing with this company, please for your sake take that route. I would honestly take my business straight to Mattress Firm where you'll actually get your products in a timely manner and not have to deal with being lied to every single time you talk to the business.
