I have brought several items to them and have always had a good experience. They pressed some of my military uniforms and they look great and the cleaning charges were very reasonable.



Only thing I didn't like is I brought some pants to be hemmed and I was told I couldn't have an estimate because they had to send them off to the tailors. I didn't really worry about it until when I got my pants back (4 pairs) they looked fantastic but it put me 60.00 in the hole! That was over 10.00 a pair and only to bring a simple hem up 2 inches!

Next time I will learn not to be lazy and hem them myself!



Beside that little mishap (which was really my own fault) I would still bring my business to them and recommend them to others!

Ordered a mattress in late January - I did not receive the product until late April - I was promised weekly from the second week of February that it was shipping the next week - This continued for 8 weeks. I was promised a $50 credit on my credit card for the inconvenience and a discount on a future purchase. They now refuse to take my phone call or return my messages - Michael Wade is not a man of his word and should not be trusted with your business.
