Pay-Less Carpet Cleaning

I would never recommend payless to do carpets for anyone. First of all the man was very rude and 2 hours late. He said he was the owner, Mike. The carpets were soak and wet when he left and all the stains came back once the carpets dried. Would never recommend.

Payless just came out and cleaned one of my rental houses where 3 large dogs had lived for the past year and a half. I did not think it could be made to look good again, but the tile looks like new and the rugs are clean and fresh with no doggie odor. The man who did the job was polite and professional.
