Four Seasons Floral

Yesterday was my birthday and my friend sent me flowers from this place. After the delivery driver calls me @ 12:30 to tell me he is at my house I promptly call my daughter to go over to take them inside as ISAAC THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL delivery driver said he would leave them on the porch. She gets there and there are no flowers. When I contacted ISAAC back he tells me he delivered them to a house number that doesnt even exist on our street. I contacted him back and he calls me and tells me " well I delivered the flowers so you will just have to go find them" I said excuse me ISAAC...and before I could say anything else he hung up on me. A person as unprofessional and rude as ISAAC should NOT be working in a service industry where horrible customer service and unprofessional behavior can ruin a business. I will make sure everyone knows not to use this flower shop. So disgusted with this service. My Birthday is over and no flowers so at the very least I hope they refund my friends money but something tells me she will have to chase after that as I was told to find my flowers. Don't waste your money with this place. They say they take pride in their customer satisfaction. Well if that's the case ISAAC would not be working for them

Too bad there isn't a minus star. My daughter sent Motherd Day flowers costing $65.00. They were dead in 2 days. My daughter called and I called 4 times to get a replacement. Those were dead in the exact 2 days so consistancy must count for something. As an FTD representative I would seriously reconsider them as a vendor. I suggest a gift card for flowers from the grocery instead.

awful customer service, buyers BEWARE!

I've been using Four Seasons in Clearwater for all my flowers since I moved to

Florida. I always use this flower shop.

The owner always insists on using the highest quality flowers.

I ordera a lovely arrangement for my Aunt's 90th birthdayonline thru FTD,and Four Seasons filled the Order! It was and Arrangment with Star Gazer lillies and Prple Iris's and many other colorful flowers arranged in a lovley what basket! She recieved a bunch of drab colored ugly flowers crammed in a glass block vase for $88.00! It was horrible I have pictures! I was embaressed by these flowers!!! Don't use them.....go elsewhere!

The owner knows everything there is to know about flowers for a wedding, Everything was even more beautiful than I had expected. She spent a very long time with me, planning many details. All my flowers, the runner for the church, the linens for the hall were all planned through Four Seasons. She's a perfectionist and he made every detail perfect. With all the stress my wedding caused me, it was great to know I didn't have to worry about problems with the flowers.

Highly recommended! All my friends already plan to get their flowers done there.

Frances at 4 Seasons did a GREAT job with the designing of the flowers for my wedding. Her team set up everything so perfectly. It was like a fairy tale wedding with all those beautiful flowers.
