I am Stephen Galloway the President of Simply Clean Carpets. I have been in the carpet cleaning industry since 1996 and I am one of the few Certified Master cleaners in the state. At Simply Clean Carpets we guarantee to provide you the most thorough clean you have ever had. It's all included with Simply Clean Carpets Pre-Conditioner: A pre-conditioner or Pre-Spray is necessary on all carpets to properly clean them. Pre-Spotting & Specialty Stain Removal: This includes the tough stains like Red Stains, Ink, Urine, Vomit, Coffee, Etc. We promise not to leave your home without attempting to remove all stains. (These are some of the common stains that most cleaners charge extra for or just claim they won't come out) Rinse and Extraction: The Rinse and Extraction process is the most important step of the cleaning process. A complete rinse is needed to make certain that all cleaning agents are properly neutralized and a thorough extraction is necessary to ensure fast drying and to guarantee the stains will not re-appear. Genuine DuPont Teflon Advanced Protector: Protectors are only as good as the quality of the protector or the technician that applies them. Protectors require proper mixture, correct application, along with a near neutral pH in order for them to function properly. Unfortunately, even small deviations in the process can render the protectors ineffective. Deodorizer: Upon Request a scented deodorizer can be applied.
