Burlington Coat Factory

The only store in the once Tri State Mall yet the customer service is terrible. We waited in line patiently while a customer was trying to return something so some of us moved to a different line. We waited there listening to a cashier talk about how hungry she was and complain about how many people there were...After waiting thru that tirade, she announced she was closed and said " You need to go to another line, I'm closed." Went back to the same line, with the same woman still trying to return likely stolen property and many more in line now. We left with nothing and will NEVER return there again. Rude employees, dirty store and poor quality merchandise...
