If I could give negative stars I would GLADLY do it for this business. Not only are they backwards and corrupt, but they steal. 0/5 stars! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON! They are awful.

i was in the process of buying a car from this company, when due to a family emergency i got behind by one car payment. the lot repossessed my car, i am disabled and require the use of a medically prescribed electric chair which is still in the back of the car i was purchasing. when i asked to get my chair out of the car i was told by the owner of the lot that my car was was at the repo lot and he would not give me the name or the number of the lot so that i could call them and try to retrieve my chair. when they called just today his request was when would he get money and i told him when he released my chair, which to that he said how do i know you are telling the truth. this company is shady and does poor business. when you are willing to hold on to a disabled woman's medical chair who just had open heart surgery this past September u should not even own a buisness

This garage will not honor the warranty on parts or labor. I took my car in for repairs four separate times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. I have been given every excuse they can think of including changing out parts that my car did not have or even need! Please do not take your car here, they are dishonest and will cheat you!

I brought my car to three different shops in Clarksville. All three shops gave me different estimates ranging from $150 to $400 and none of them could agree on what was even wrong with it. I brought it out to Smart Choice Auto and they initially gave me a quote of $120, which I agreed to. They came to me not but 10 minutes later and explained that the part was actually good, just loose. They tightened it for me and sent me on my way with a total charge of only $40.

The service is professional. The mechanic is very knowledgable. The work is done in a timely manner. I will not go to any other shop from now on.

You get great service at a great price. The mechanics are honest, helpful, and hard working.

My truck got to where it wouldn't stay running and lost all its power. I tried all the basic stuff I could think of but it made no difference. I took it by a shop in town and was told the carburator was my problem but they gave me a huge quote on the cost of replacement. Now I like to save money so I called just about every shop in town and the quote at Smart Choice Auto was the lowest I could find. I went by their shop the next day and the employees were very courtious and they knew what they were talking about. I knew I was in good hands. By the time I got off work, my truck was running good as new again and when I paid the bill, I didn't feel like I was being gouged for money like the other shops I've used. Its been 4 weeks and the problem has not came back. This is going to be my new shop from now on.
