I had worked with a terrible Realtor for about 2 weeks that was assigned to me through this military program where I was suppose to get some kind of incentive at the closing. What I didn’t know was the realtor that was assigned to me was horrible so I started looking for another realtor and my friend gave me Russell’s number so we gave him a call. Within an hour we were closer to finding our new home than we got in 2 weeks with the other joke of a realtor. Russell was on it! Within 2 days we found the right home and made an offer. I don’t know why there is such a big difference in Realtors but I can say that Russell sets the bar really high!

Russell Harris is an outstanding real estate agent! He is an outstanding real estate agent who is easy to talk to, communicates well, and is always reachable and responds promptly.  He has livened in Clarksville his whole life so he knows everything there is to know about the city.  Russell took us to see almost 100 houses and he didn’t try to convince us to buy every house we looked at.  He really wanted to help us find the perfect home.  He pointed both positive and negative things about the houses that we hadn’t noticed or even considered.  We had a delay in our closing and Russell was so understanding and helpful the whole time. Russell really provides a personal service and develops a relationship with his clients.

Russell was wonderful anytime I had a question or needed something, he was quick to respond. Also, purchasing a home for the first time is an emotional and nerve-wracking experience. Russell calmed any fears I had and made sure I was comfortable with the process by answering any questions I had. Plus he got me a KILLER deal on the property I purchased. Even though my price range wasn't nearly as high as others out there, I felt just as important as someone in the market for a million dollar home. You will not regret working with Russell Harris!  We were searching for a realtor in Clarksville when we came across Russell Harris.  We were very impressed with his knowledge and he immediately made our apprehensions about the process disappear.  We got the perfect house because of Russell. Worked with a different realtor for a few weeks that was slow to respond to my emails or texts, when I would call, I would not get a call back for a couple days. I started working with this other Realtor because USAA assigned me to them. I got sick and tired of the lack of professionalism and response so I looked up realtors on zillow. Russell was highly recommended so I gave him a call. He answered my call without having to leave me a message. He answered all my questions and sent me listing while on the phone. He called ME later that day to make sure I got the listings and talk to me about getting together. During the entire process he contacted me almost every time, not excessive but genuinely making sure I was taken care of. He even made a suggestion as to a more accommodating mortgage company which I was use to always dealing with USAA but I took his advice. He ended up getting me a much better deal on my mortgage than USAA was going to give me. I see now why Russell is so recommended. Thank you so much Russell, you are truly an amazing Realtor.

Russell is simply amazing! I contacted a total of *THREE* realtors and the saying, "third time's a charm" in this case was absolutely true. Russell Harris was so patient and kind and took so much time out of his schedule for us. My husband is PCSing from Louisiana to Clarksville so we needed an agent who would answer us promptly and honestly with all our questions and concerns. If he ever once got annoyed with me he never let on and stayed calm and cool through the whole process even if I got emotional. He took HD video of MANY properties and uploaded them to the internet so I could see them and it was almost as good as being there myself. He opens closets and bathrooms and showers etc. Then he called us on the phone and talked in detail about each property and gave advice where I needed it and answered all my questions clearly and HONESTLY without regard to his own pocket. Two of the listings he explained he did not believe fit our needs were his own listings. He absolutely had our best interests at heart and we couldn't be more grateful or more satisfied! SO AWESOME!!!

Russell Harris made a great impression and made my dream come true. I was ready to be picky since this was going to be the last house I would be purchasing. I brought Russell my wish list and all my desires and it took him no time to find exactly what I was looking for. He also got some extras that I had mentioned and kept it all within my budget. The fact that he listened to me and what I wanted was awesome but he went a step further and helped me build my dream home.  He really does care about people and what they want and he is a great realtor!

After a long day of looking at houses with Russell, we decided to go with the house that he originally suggested. Would have saved us and him a bunch of time. Sorry to drag you to see 25 house before realizing you were right. Rus-sell also helped us with our mortgage when usaa was going to charge us a higher rate. He called someone for a quote and a few minutes later had us ap-proved and the payment and rate was so much less. That’s a true professional. Listen to this guy Russell Harris, he knows what he’s talking about.

Want a better deal, ask Russell! We were thinking about making an offer on a HUD home. We spoke to Russell and he suggested we go with a different mortgage company and we did and he got us a lower interest rate than the other bank was offering by a lot. Since the payment was much better, we wanted to make an offer right away. We told Russell what we were thinking about offering and he suggested we offer $5,000 less so we did. You can imagine my excitement when he called to tell us our offer had been accepted. So he saved us on the Mortgage and on the total cost of the house. I mean WOW! Call this guy, he knows how to buy a house.

Russell helped me find my new home no matter the cost. When I asked to see multiple houses, he made it happen and was more than patient about it.  He gave me good advice about what to look for when buying a house.  He knew what I wanted and didn't stop working until I was happy. I could not have asked for a better realtor.

Russell had excellent knowledge about the buying process and made us comfortable the entire time. He answered all our first time home buyer's questions and never made us feel like we were a damper. He helped us find our new home and never rushed us to just find a house. My family could not have been happier with the process.

Worked so hard for us that I had to leave a review for him. He took 10 hour in one day to get us the house we wanted. He worked all day showing us plans, lots, meeting with a builder, making an offer, and picking out selections. Almost done with our house now and am so excited to move in. Russell was great.

Russell is more than impressive. He will go out of his way to make sure you are aware of the buying process and he goes out if his way to make sure you get exactly what you want no matter how much time or effort it takes. I was very picky and asked a lot of questions and he was professional the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Could not be happier with how Russell took the sale of our house into his hands. Took no time to sell thanks to him. He sent us all his many advertisements so we would know what was going on. Took his time explaining the offer we got and what we should expect and how the sale would go. He gave great ad-vice to us and everything very smooth. Listed my house and in no time it was sold for a great price. Russell worked hard to get me every dime he could.
