Queen City Disposal

HORRIBLE!!! Not dependable AT ALL! More missed pickups than I can count. Trash is constantly piled up, overflowing and scattered everywhere due to their negligence. They make up so many excuses as to why they are unable to make it. If your trucks break down that often, and your people are that sick, it's time to get new trucks and employees.

So disappointed, I wanted to use a local company but they are so unreliable. Missed my can one time too many times.

I've had nothing but good luck with this service. They're nice friendly people and even in the bad weather they still pick up and are timely with pick ups

Very first pick up was missed. When I called they didn't really want to do anything about it. They were just going to make me wait until the following week. I had to throw a fit to get them to correct their mistake. The same thing would happen any other time they missed a pick up. When I would call they would argue and try to blame it on me accusing me of not having the can out. Horrible customer service and not very friendly.

Horrible horrible service! Worst than comcast if that tells you anything. Started the service when we moved in to the house, was told that the pick up date is TUESDAY! We didn't have the can yet so was told to put the trash bags in the curve so we did. Tuesday paseed and no signs of them yet. Gave them a call and they said that they are gonna deliver the can THURSDAY and just put what we have for the next pick up. Tuesday passes no signs of them AGAIN! Called everyday trying to get them to pick up our trash, smart mouth lady on the line said oh they were there Tuesday at 5:25 (yeah right) and there was nothing on the curve (it's been there since last night) They said they are gonna have somebody pick it up FRIDAY(the can sat there till friday). So monday came in again my husband put the can on the curve for pick up; THURSDAY passes and it's still sitting there. I finally gave them a call and ofcourse got a smart response "how come you just now called?" Ooohh! According to this smart mouth they changed our pick up date to MONDAY! Oh wow well thanks for letting us know, called you almost everyday and they all failed to tell us that they change the pick up date. So we finally had it "Screw it just give us a refund"(paid 60 bucks to get started) she then followed it with I'm so sorry for what happened blah blah blah we will give you a call Monday for the refund. Monday came and no phone calls; I called them pretty much everyday and finally got a manager Thursday and was refunded $30! So now we are out $30. It's been horrible dealing with them I do not recommend them at all please do yourself a favor and look some where else. We now have clarksville disposal and they been great to us.
