Recently moved into Ashton Ridge and have nothing but good things to say! The process was easy and the people are very friendly. The pool is great and the place seems very family oriented.

Absolutely love this apartment complex. It's so great to see Clarksville building apartment complexes like the Addison at Rossview and them be affordable. The staff is always so friendly and so willing to help with anything. Such a beautiful place to live. Definitely would recommend!

The online application was easy and convenient, and the leasing agents are professional and quick to respond to emails. My new home was clean and ready for me to move in, and seems to be pretty good quality. Automatic rent withdrawal is also nice.

Property managers made the renting process very easy by having an online application. The properties are well maintained and I love that they withdrawal directly from my account so I don't have to ever worry about forgetting to pay my rent.
