I chose Baggett to install my systems and I loved the way they took care of everything. They made me a priority and treated me like family. They were very attentive to my needs. When there's ever an issue or we need their service they respond immediate. They go above and beyond my expectations, every time. I know I'm in great hands with Baggett, I recommend them to all my friends.

I had a very recent interaction with Alana and it's safe to say my experience could not be any more different than Johnny's below. I bought a house that was 9 years old. Within the first 6 months, it had died. I knew it was only a matter of time and was prepared for it. I called Baggett Heating and Cooling and spoke with Alana. First of all, it's very rare you can call a business and speak with the owner directly, so that was a nice start. After speaking with Alana and she asked me some questions they came out to take a look. When speaking with Alana about the new unit she presented me with a couple options. I told her my wife and I planned on this house being our starter home and we planned to move out of it in about 5 years. Alana immediately crossed off some of the upper priced units. When I asked her why she said those units were for someone who would be living in that house for awhile and if I planned to sell I would be buying a really nice unit then having to leave it behind. I mean really, how often do you get sales people, or OWNERS, to under sell you because that what's best for you? It was very refreshing and told me Alana was in it for my best interest, not hers. I will never spend a dime with anyone else. She took care of me when I was just starting out so you better believe if my wife and I are lucky enough to build a forever home one day Alana will be my first and only call.

Our AC went out on my wife's due date for our first child, I had it checked out and charged(300$) by a local company who told us it would last a while due to it being a very slow leak. A week later we were in the hospital the wife was in labor and our AC had already leaked down.No BUENO! So...I called Bagget Heating and cooling and I was on the phone with Alana explaining the situation when the anesthesiologist came in to perform the wife's epidural. She sent a service tech right over! - I had a friend let them in to get me a quote and they charged it for free without me even requesting it. Pretty much sold me right there on customer service. She sent me the quotes for a new unit by email for a new system -as it was 40 years old and 3 different companies recommended replacement. They came out a few days later and started the replacement, even brought us a temporary chiller for overnight due to the 90 degree temps and having a newborn now. We had a fantastic experience with them as did my parents which is why I contacted them in the first place.

ALL I NEEDED WAS AN ESTIMATE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

omg!!! i just needed to get an estimate on getting central air and heat in my full basement. alana (owner)came to my house all she was trying to do is find out how much money i was planning to spend, i did not want to tell her because i wanted to see what her estimate was, and if she would match the other estimates, when i refuse to tell her and told her dont worry about her estimate she got mad

and furiously stormed out of my house.this is the owner of this busness!!! thank God she is not the only heat and air in this city.

beware all she wants is your money$$$$

will never recomend or do business with someone like this. im going to tell everyone i meet of my experience with baggett heating and cooling.

I am the owner of another heating and air company and saw this a couple of months ago.. I called Jimmy with Baggett to let them know what had happened and he said they had replaced the unit for the customerr but it had to go through Maytag first and that took a few days to do.. They had to establish what was wrong with the unit in the first place and get them to sign off on replacing it. The customer is happy now but has not taken this damaging review off the site.. .Thats just wrong.. For someone to complain like that and not recant when the problem is solved.. I know these people and they try hard to do the right thing but it still can bite you in the rear no matter what you do.

Buyer BEWARE This is the worst COMPANY I have ever used, I spent $14,500 on this unit and it still dosn't work after 3 months of begging and pleading to have it fixed I have since then asked for them to replace it , or refund my money, won't do that either, I am now getting a lawyer , so please do not buy from them it is not worth it!!!!
