very dissapointed with the employee that helped me. I asked for help to check the transmission fluid in my vehicle and he checked a dipstick and said it was low. So he brought out some fluid to me. Long story short....the dipstick he checked was the engine oil and the fluid he brought me was power steering fluid....so a bottle of power steering fluid was poured into the engine oil. He apologized several times. Not too big of a deal, but not good to drive around this way. So the assistant manager came out and changed the oil for me and was very patient and helpful. When I called the district manager to get an incident report written and sent to me, is when I got really dissapointed. He was very rude and defensive. Basically saying that the problem had been fixed and there was nothing more he was responsible to do. He finally took my information to send me a report, we'll see if he actually does it.
