Is Under New Management since may 2017....New more friendly staffs and lots of more products....More fun

First off I wanted to do something nice for my girls..they are 11 and 7.. we got pedicures and shalic nails can you say way OVERPRICED! Almost $200 for us three! One of the ladies was kind of rude to my 7 year old also.. the other ladies we're nice but we won't be going back there! I could have saved more money going to a different place! What a rip off!

I went here instead of my normal nail salon and they lady that did my nails was nice but the nail polish had streaks in it bc she would only do one coat, told me it would be fine when it dried. I also had her put a jewel on 2 nails and they fell off the next day. I paid extra for the gel on top and was told it would last 2 weeks. It has been 3 days and the gel is coming off half of my nails. I went to get a refund and show them how bad they look and she refused me. She offered to fix it, but why would I want it fixed when it only lasted 3 days in the first place? Worst salon experience I have ever had. I work in customer service and never is it ok to argue with the customer when clearly you are in the wrong.

This place is too expensive. I went to my favorite nail spa R Nails but they were booked. But I needed my nails done that day so I went over to #1 Nails by Sango Walmart. First of all they are SO expensive.....like seriously she charged me $30 for white tip aryclics but additional $10 to take off my old aryclics I already have on.....:$40 down the drain. At R nails I only spent $25 for everything. #1 Nails is trash

I purchased the deluxe pedicure because I was in no rush, and waiting on my car to be serviced at Nissan. I thought it would be nice to relax in the interim. My relaxing, expensive pedicure lasted 15 minutes. People who were getting pedicures when I arrived finished after me. I expressed my concern, but it went unnoticed. Mike was the technician. I like the nail salon just fine, but I recommend only seeing Mile if you're in a hurry. I feel like I wasted my money.
