Puppy Paradise

The owner is absolutely insane. If you have an issue, and ask his staff to call you, so you can to talk to him, and get to the bottom of it, he will yell and curse at you on the phone before you can even tell him what the issue is. I feel bad for his staff, who are all (mostly) very friendly, but he is an absolute nightmare!! I can't go into too much detail, because I do see the owner around from time to time, and I am concerned he may harass me. One thing I can tell you is that there is a reason why he doesn't allow reviews on the Puppy Paradise Facebook page. If you don't believe me, you should also talk to the veterinary technicians at your vet hospital. Most veterinarians don't usually say much about other businesses, unless they can say something positive, but the vet techs don't have their hands tied, and they see and hear everything. My vet no longer refers clients to his facilities.
