Heinz & Associates

We had Rick Heinz for many years. He prepared a family trust, a partnership and three individual tax forms. We were very happy with him.. Then for about three-four years we could not get a yes or no answers from him. Heinz said we were rude when we ask simple questions. We had to re-ask because his answers were not clear or off the subject. My investor also had problems communicating with him. 2016 tax year he said no more with us. Good thing. We found a new accountant. She said working with with our investor is pleasant. She ask us questions we understood and answers ours with clarity. AND SHE IS $700 cheaper than Heinz. She is an established business.
