        Bad experience

        We had a bad experience with one of the agents from this office. The agent admitted that our offer of $10,000 more than the asking price was not presented to the seller. Our offer was submitted within the 48 hours of the listing/showing, so we were very much in time. The agent provided the name of the owner Paul Steffen for me to complain, so I know that the owner knows the unethical activity and does nothing about it.
