        Overall

        Had the same experience with Bell Heating. We had our furnance and air conditioner serviced today by another company and found out our air conditioner installed as a new unit in 2003, was a 1999 model. Hummmm, not what we paid for... Put a minus in front of the one star...they also tried to give us a smaller hot water heater, we paid for a larger one,....we persisted and got the one we paid for...
