Riverside Academy

As an employee of Riverside Academy, I would like to say how proud I am to work in a school that is consistently working toward excellence. The staff is caring, nurturing, and has the best interest of each and every student at heart. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging; the curriculum is challenging and more rigorous than ever. The students are learning to expect success from their school and from themselves. It is our goal to impact each one of our students in a positive manner that will help them grow and strive to become the best that they can be. It is truly an honor to work in such a place.

Riverside Academy is a great school. The students I have met love it. Educating the whole child is their only goal. The enviroment is inviting for both parents and students, even if the stoic exterior doesnt' show it. My kids have a lot of technology at their disposal, and have been creating projects on a regular basis. They actually enjoy going to school. The teachers are patient and always go the extra mile for the students. They are always available to talk to when needed.

The school has changed alot since my kids started in kindergarden. It used to be noisy and students were all over the place. Now when I come to pick up my kids it is quiet and no kids are in the hallway. I like it when my kids come home and talk about the good things going on. They get awards and always want to go to school now. It is a much better place since Ms. Crump and Ms. Baker changed the school and I am thankful. I would tell any parent if they are looking for a good school then take your child to Riverside.

This school is new and improved. The staff is caring and they are focused on changing every student's life in a positive way. The integrity of this school is taken to such high professional level. Their new principal, assistant principal and staff are constantly working toward perfection in all areas of their students' life. They've done a lot in the community and work closely with their families!!! Kudos to Riverside!!! They've moved from Academic Emergency to Continuous Improvement.
