        Overall

        We made an appointment for Saturday at 11:00 to have our Golden Retriever groomed. When we got there we were told we were not on the list. What we got from the girl behind the desk? Sorry . Very poor way to do business.

        Excellent!! Very friendly staff, clean & fun atmosphere. My two dogs absolutely LOVE going here and making new friends! These people know their stuff, very knowledgeable!

        very friendly staff. took our dog there to be groomed at 3 and told to come back at 4 to pick her up. belle was done by 4 smelling great and looking beautiful. was greeted by groomer as soon as i walked in and belle was taken in to be groomed right away. will be bringing belle back again. usually after a grooming belle has white soap flakes on her fur (she's a black lab mix) which to me means she probably wasn't rinsed well. this time...no flakes!!!!! very pleasant experience.
