Cool Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

Cool Solutions is top notch. This has been one of the hottest summers and it seems my a/c runs all day and never cools down. This past Saturday afternoon it quit completly. I was began to panic. I didn't have extra money for this now but knew I had no choice. I have seen Cool Solutions vans working in my neighborhood so I tracked one down. The tech was very busy but still very friendly and cordial to me as I was interupting him. I apologized and stressed that my sister-in-law lives with us and is in poor health and it was crucial that something be done asap. Although late in the day he offered to stop by and take a look when he was done at the current jobsite. 45 minutes later he came over and discovered my outside unit, I guess the compressor, was finally dead and would need to be replaced. He quoted me a price that seemed fair, especially at this hour. He did not have a compressor in his van but he made a call and another tech brought one out within the hour. When all was said and done it was after 10pm. We spoke for long time and learned that he was infact the owner of the company. I offered him dinner while he was here but he would not accept. Said he was fine and that his wife and daughter were at home waiting for him. I felt bad for keeping him from his family that late. This man, Mike Schaeffer, was a godsend. God Bless him and I will certainly recommend his services to everyone.
