Unusually high work ehtic! This business should easily be rated five stars. The owner is the sole installer/repairer/servicer for the work performed for Air & Appliance On-Site, 658-9274. This is so, because he is a licensed professional who takes so much pride in his work, he does not trust the slightest detail to anyone else. The fact that he also has a degree in electrical engineering helped him trace a runined A/C system to a faulty electrical coupling. He took digital images of the high readings registered by a voltage/amperage meter attached to the wiring of the system as well as of the coupling itself to demonstrate the cause of the system's failure. Two days later he came out with the necessary replacement parts to repair the system. All of his time and of the cost of the parts was covered under warranty. Now that I am an established customer, he has already made two calls at no charge. These calls were made when I questioned the behavior of the system, which turned out to be safeguards for the system. For example, if the system is asked to turn on again too soon after it has gone off, there is a mandatory waiting period before it is reactivated. Nevertheless, he came out to check the system to be absolutely certain the behavior was in fact normal, and at no charge!
