        Established in 2008 Mariachi Imperial de San Diego has won the preference of many people due to its unique mix of men and women in the group. Mariachi Imperial has participated in many important events in San Diego such as the "Chicano Park Day," the "Old town 5 de Mayo Celebration," "Health Fair" for the Mexican Consulate in San Diego among others. Mariachi Imperial de San Diego has participated on mariachi conferences and competitions such as the "Tucson International Mariachi Conference," The "Battle of the Mariachis" in San Juan Capistrano (3rd place winners, 2010), "National city Mariachi Festival and Competition" (1st place winners, 2013).

        Overall

        We recently booked them for our wedding in August 2015. Sergio met us close to our house at a convenient time at a coffee bar. We reviewed the contract, rate and went over the day of details. He made hiring them a no-brainer. The day of event was phenomenal as they were a surprise for our English and Spanish speaking guests. My dad even got on stage and sang with them during one of the songs. Our guests were pleasantly surprised and had nothing but positive things to say about Imperial Mariachi. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a Mariachi band for a wedding or any other special event. They will definitely rock the place!
