I cannot comment on the workmanship of Crockett Home improvement because I could never get an estimate from them to consider using their services, only a run around. They came to my house to measure and told me I would have an estimate in 3 days. 2 weeks later and 4 unreturned phone calls later I finally get an estimate but it's not even the job I was asking for. This company is very unprofessional and disorganized. They require a 50% deposit up front. I cannot trust to give a company thousands of dollars to complete a job when they can't even get me an estimate.

I wanted my house painted and called Crockett. The lady who answered was extremely nice, very friendly. She took my details and said someone would call me, which they did although not until the following week. The guy set up a date and time to come and give me an estimate but he never showed and didn't even bother to call. They must be making a lot of money if they can treat potential customers this way.
