Asked for .357 ammo. Clerk gave me the ammo and I checked out. What it home and found it was .3 to 7 and not .357 ammo. Went to return the ammo the following day with the receipt and the clerk told me it was "against federal law" to return ammo. I told him I know this is not true because other stores would refund or replace. Clerk stated he could not help. Obviously, they don't know what they're talking about and I will take my business elsewhere for ammo and hardware needs

Do not go to gordys true value the service is very poor and prices are high, i was in there looking for some plumbing parts and the plumbing department manager didnt know anything so i got ahold of the manager i think this name was Jason Rassmussen and he got frusterated with my question and stormed off some owner he is what a loser . i left and went to menards they had what i needed with no problem.
