AutoZone Auto Parts

This business has gone downhill. My family has bought numerous parts for our vehicles from this store for more than 10 years. Recently my husband called them and asked if they had a waterpump in stock for his trooper. They said "no, but I will order one for you today". My husband didn't hear from them all week and when he went in to pick it up they didn't even know that he had ordered one. he had to wait another week after ordering in person before getting a water pump.I just went asked for weel bearings for my Jeep one eavening I gave the make year and model and the kid asked if it was a pinion bearing I said no its the wheel bearings. He kept asking me what bearing. I finally just said I will just remove them and bring them in. I took them out and went to O Riley's. The guy knew what I ment before Ieven showed him the parts. they had the outer seals bearing and spacer, but not the inner seal He said he could order and have them in two days. I said I will check Auto Zone because I wanted to get it all back together that day. I stopped at Auto Zone and they sold me the outer seal their computer said it was the inner I had to go back to town and show them that it was the wrong seal. they had to order some.They did some searching and came up with two different kinds that looked like what I needed. I was so stressed that I forgot to tell them I needed them for both rear tires. When I got home I realised that I forgot to tell them that. I called them and told them to order one more of each. He remembered me and said he would order one more of each. Both seals came in they never ordered two more. I am going to have to order one more seal to get my Jeep back to running and It will not be from them. I will never do business with them ever again.
