Horrible horrible place. OMG! Unethical, duplicitous business.

Michael, the manager/owner/whatever is a rude, obnoxious, unfriendly, unhelpful buffoon of a man who should not be running a business let alone interact with customers.

RUN, don't walk away from this place. It should go under. No wonder they only post their PO Box on the invoice otherwise you'd want to show up at the door and club him.


He kept escalating the price for fridge repair 4 times, saying they'd made a mistake, was the wrong part, etc etc. And billing you up front for $85 to even come out and see you. Then refuses to take your calls, only voice mail which is never answered.


Adding insult to injury, they fired the nice young fellow who came to the house blaming him for losing a customer instead of placing the blame squarely on MIKE, who insulted and badgered and scolded me when I first called back to ask about the various increases in price.

Very bad taste in my mouth. Wish I could have given them minus 4 stars.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I could give a negative rating. Exorbitant rates which change when the tech shows up, then all kinds of hidden fees that service manager Mike tries to bully you over the phone into paying!
