Even though I showed up a few minutes late, the receptionist and doctor with very polite and accommodating. Got my glasses prescription, waiting on contacts to come in because they were out of my particular prescription.

I had such a great experience with both the staff and the Dr. They were all courteous and humorous and the experience of being able to see so clearly with the new prescription was amazing. I sat in the office just reading anything that was hanging and looked through all the magazines with my new contacts. It was great not to have to use my reading glasses. Thank you!

Had my LASIK done with NVISION and my pre and post up follow up care has been with Dr. Hofacre and her staff in the Costco in Chino Hills. The whole process has been so smooth and easy. At first I was a little apprehensive with getting it done, but now I have no regrets and am sooooo happy with the decision I made to get LASIK. Dr. Hofacre and her staff made it an easy process to get me set up with NVISION and to do my follow up care. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience today,I came in as walk-in they couldnt take me in right away but the staff told me to come back after doctors lunch which I did since it wasnt that long of a wait and I got in right away. the staff was really friendly and nice. The doc was professional and nice and answered all of my dads and I questions. Ill come back again. I highly recommend this place.
