Buro Trash Service

Just to put some of the other reviews into perspective, if it's at the curb, it is no longer yours. If you have important documents shred them or dispose of in another manner. They will pick up non-normal items on a cost basis and if the dump won't take them they won't either. Brush can not be co-mingled with regular household trash, so don't expect them to pick up your brush. For the price they are charging on a quarterly basis, do you blame them for scrapping some metal. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT THEY WILL NOT PICK UP, THEN MAKE A TRIP TO THE DUMP, YOU MAY THEN BEGIN TO APPRECIATE WHAT THEY DO.

Good company, nice people, family owned business. They have to pay the local dump by weight. Extra loads means extra expense and extra time on the routes. They will pick up other items but you have to call and make arrangements with them. They will charge extra for bulk and construction items. In addition, if the dump won't take, it neither will they. It's best to call them when you have anything besides normal trash. I think this may have caused confusion with the other reviews. Maybe they need to have a fact sheet they send to customers. As far as going through the trash I have never seen it. They always seem in too much of a hurry to open any trash. I've seen it in other places I've lived and at dumps, so I don't doubt it. All the cop shows say that after trash leaves your house they can check it for "evidence" so any privacy is an illusion. Get a shredder or burn financial documents.
Every time I have called for them to pick up extra items, they have been pleasant and accommodating.

I've used Buro for 3 months now and they have been fine. I shred all of my financial paperwork, as should everyone, so If anyone wants to go through my trash, they won't find anything but kitchen garbage & junk mail. Also, the former owners of my home used them for several years and they said that the service was fine.

This service is awesome! They are very nice people to work with and they have been in business for a very long time. I have had large items that needed to be picked up and all I had to do was call and let them know and there was no problem at all. Very honest people who I highly recommend. Thank you so much for providing awesome service.

So glad to see that I'm not the only seeing them going through my neighbors and my paperwork in the trash. Ripping open bags to go through it.. they skip picking up our after the holiday my neighbor the following holiday pick up day... I am going to see how much other services cost.. started burning all important papers.

This company is Horrible. if you want your trash dug through and them not picking up what they don't want to pick up (like tree limbs) then you can use them. they will invade your privacy and if they don't feel like it they will not pick up your trash but they will pick up anything of value (like metal) without asking. I would not doubt it if they would take your identity. I would go with kerr (honest company) or someone else before ever using this company. they are very very bad. if you choose them good luck. if they had a negative zero I would give it but they don't so I had to give a one star to be on here. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

This company says it will pick up household garbage only but picks up mattresses and couches from people they like but not from others. they will go through your garbage and look at what you throw away. be warned they are bad. I would not use this company at all or you will be sorry. there are other companies in china spring besides them who are honest and wont do you wrong. if i could give a zero star I would
