Horsley's All Star Heating & Airconditioning

This company installed a tankless water heater and gas furnace in my home. Nether unit has ever worked correctly. They came out a few times to try and fix the problems but never seemed to fix anything. My last phone call with them consisted of them telling me they would no longer be working on my appliances and that I should call another company and then they hung-up on me. They no longer answer my phone calls or return any messages. I did call a reputable company, they fixed all the problems, and told me everything was originally installed incorrectly by All-Star / Horsley and that they had never seen such incompetence.
