        Very nice staff. Room was very clean and an over all nice experience. Even arriving later than I was normally scheduled, they were very forgiving. Room was very clean and organized

        Upon entering the room..found the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests, food still in fridge from previous guest, room smelled like stale smoke, plunger left in bathroom, stains on box springs and walls, no outlets near bed, only two towels, floor need vacuumed, had to get new pillows due to spit and sweat stains on ours, microwave dirty, toilet did not flush well, no stopper for the tub, dirty toilet seat ( I had to clean), no lid for ice bucket, one coffee but three guests, dusty furniture and ledges, dirt in the dresser drawers, on the flip side the staff was really nice and accommodated the pile complaint we had with the room. Saw several trip advisor reviews about beef bugs ( don't worry I checked for them before I touched that bed).To top it off, bright and early at 5 am, I could get the two men in the next room open the dresser drawers, get in the shower, and have a rather lengthy conversation. Ugh. Good thing I had to get up early anyways. I expected better out of key west.
