M&F Swalm Transportation was hired by my broker to ship my vehicle from New Hampshire to Texas. M&F Swalm Transportation missed 3 pickup dates with no notification. They misrepresented themselves as tandem drivers with a 2-3 day delivery schedule, ultimately delivering my vehicle a week after the estimated initial date. The dispatch told me to "shut up" while questioning after missing the original pickup date. M&F Swalm failed to call repeatedly, even after promising they would, for my delivery. I was promised a Thursday, then Sunday, then moved up to Saturday delivery, ultimately receiving my vehicle on a Tuesday. I would never recommend M&L Swalm Transportation based on my experiences. I am thankful that my vehicle arrived at all.
