Valponi & Wagner Physical Therapy

I had been a long-time consumer of services through Valponi & Wagner PT, after orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries. I recently sought services from them, as a walk-in client, and was refused services, "You need a referral from your PC". On the contrary, my insurance covers services and I did not require a referral for treatment. I went to them because I endured an injury and thought I could trust them for treatment. I will never return to V & W nor recommend their services. They were unapologetic and dismissive.
