Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Five stars for Expertise, Professionalism, and Promptness. Our service person Yuri was great. We called on a Saturday morning and he was dispatched and here within 90 minutes to unclog our kitchen sink/open the line. He explained what he was doing, and when he was done he explained how we can prevent the problem from re-occurring. He left the place clean and everything is working. Wish the service were a bit less expensive, but it was pretty much worth it to get a quick resolution.

We had a basement drain back-up that needed to be remedied quickly. The dispatchers kept us up to date as to the arrival of the technician. Joe was thorough and walked us through the issues. He had the drainpipe cleared in about an hour and also gave us some hints on how to make sure that it stays clear. They also accepted our coupon from their website which saved a little money as well. In all, our plumbing was only down for a few hours!

This is an excellent service! I called them at 7 AM and they were here by 8 AM. Felipe ( our technician) was phenomenal. He took the time to explain the situation and get it resolved ASAP.

Joe was able to determine the issue with an outside sump pump, offer a solution, and told us there would be no charge if it didn’t fix the problem. He fixed everything quickly and solved our issue.

Grant (#3176) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed and resolved the problem with my sump pump quickly, cleanly and without disturbance to the rest of the house despite the central location within my unit. I highly recommend both Grant and Roto-Rooter.

Sump pump failed on an early Sunday morning. Roto-Rooter response time was fast and they had me back up and running within minutes after arrival. Burim, tech #4326, was polite and professional representing himself and the Roto-Rooter name superbly.

Spiro was excellent to work with. Was forthcoming, honest and worked quickly. Great experience and look forward to using Roto again when the need arises.

On Monday April 23, I placed a call to Roto-Rooter to have a technician fix my kitchen faucet. No water was flowing through and I wasn't sure what was causing the problem. I received several calls from Roto-Roter informing me that as soon as a truck was available, they would be on their way. However, they experienced a backlog of calls and it took a couple of days to get to me. Well, I called on a Monday, probably one of the most busiest of days. I continued to receive calls from the company to inform me that they would get to me asap.

Finally on Wednesday I received a call and Kemal, tech#5437 was on his way. Kemal was very kind and diagnosed the problems with my sink and pipes. He worked tirelessly to get the work done. He was very efficient and I was very pleased with his work. I have water again. Hallelujah!!! If I experienced a problem again, I will request his service! Excellent! Thank You very much

Leonard came over right away and fixed our backed up shower quickly and he was clean. He was also respectful of our house and didn't leave any messes.

Milenko (#5420) went out of his way to make sure bathtub's leaky hot faucet fixed. On top of making trips to hunt down outdated parts, he suggested that I have the cold water faucet cartridge replaced as well without additional charge (aside from part, which was not expensive). The price is also reasonable given the amount of time he had to spend to find parts needed for repair (it is exactly the same price quoted at the beginning, plus parts he bought)

Pat did a great job diagnosing the problem (leaking Water Heater) and resolving the problem quickly to minimize the damage in my basement. Not only was he a professional, he was also a very nice guy!!! I hope to not need a plumbers service any time soon...but if I do, I know I'm calling Roto Rooter!!!

Had sewer line blockage. Toilet on basement level would backup to rim when flushed and sink would gargle. Had been dealing with this problem for 3 months, since Feb. 28, 2016 through April 2nd. have a homeowner warranty through Total Protect Home Warranty. I placed claim with warranty company on the 28th Feb. After having to call again, they were able to finally get someone out on March 16th. The guy rodded the main stack with heavy machine & the toilet with hand auger. 4 days later I had to call the same company back out because the problem returned. The guy Jason, came back, with auger & proceeded to attempt to clear the stoppage. 3 days later March 23rd, the problem returned. Jason, came back with toilet auger to fix problem. I asked if maybe the toilet needed to be removed & rodded, he said no. On Easter Sunday, The shower drain fully backed up. Home warranty company, wanted to wait until Wednesday, before they could send someone out. I needed immediate attention.After 40min of going back & forth they approved me to located a company on my own to address the issue. I contacted Roto Rooter. Dave, Tech # 9818, came out. I explained what was happening & how long this problem had been occurring. Dave research the problem. He found that there was a blockage in the toilet line it's self & that the toilet needed to be removed and rodded directly from the line. The time it took Dave, to diagnose and eliminate the problem was about 20mins. He was very nice, understanding and professional. Even after having major problems with the home warranty company as to what would be covered or not Dave, stuck in there with me to get the problem resolved. I really appreciated all he had done & how supportive he was during this issue he was the only person who I had looked to for help in this matter whom really gave any true help and concern. I will definitely call Roto Rooter, again if I have a plumbing matter....I will be dropping the Total Protect Home Warranty.
