Dyson B2b INC

I purchased a Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 in July 2017. On January 23, 2018 I contacted Dyson via e-mail, since I was unable to reach them by telephone, as their customer service phone number always advised that there was a long wait time. I received an acknowledgment of the e-mail, and that someone would get back to me in 48 hours, I am still waiting. I used their on line video to repair the vacuum cleaner.

Six months later, June 2018, the vacuum is again not working. Again, Dyson Customer Service doesn't answer their phones, but on the two or three occasions they referred me to Basic Plus on Broadway on the UWS, claiming they are/were a authorized repair place for Dyson and they would fix the vacuum at Dyson's cost.

So I took the vacuum to the UWS on the crosstown bus from the UES, only to be told by Basic Plus that not only are they not an authorized Dyson repair center for Dyson, but hasn't worked directly with the Dyson organization for the past five years.

Again, I contacted Dyson, but only got more and more frustrated that a $400. vacuum didn't really last more than six months.

I am returning the vacuum to Bed Bath & Beyond, who not only have a lifetime guarantee, but actually honor the guarantee.
