        Do not use this place! Bad cu...

        Do not use this place! Bad customer service all around, especially the store manager. Even though it was under warranty, they wouldn't fix my headphone that was given to me as a gift a year ago. Either Bang & Olufsen makes a durable premium product or get rid of jerks like him working in the store. I was planning on buying their products for my family for Christmas gifts this year, but definitely will not be buying from them or B&O.
